At the foot of Siming Mountain in Zhejiang Province, there
situates a 40-year old factory: Yuyao Gunpowder Tea Factory
– a professional tea manufacturing enterprise, which has been
awarded as "Leading agriculture enterpris e" for several
times and "Advanced Enterprise in Zhejiang Province".
Its product gunpowder tea has been honored the "Golden
me dal in World Expo". The factory finished system reform
in 2000. Now it
mainly processes tea of "Xiangjun" brand. The annual
processing capability reaches 40,000 dan (2,000,000 kg), and
annual sales volume of gunpowder tea reaches 1800 tons, steam
tea 800 tons, and high grade tea 150 tons. The factory possesses
organic tea garden 8000 mu, standard workshop 16,000 square
meters, two processing lines of gunpowder tea, two processing
lines of steam tea imported from J apan, and over 30 sets of
high grade tea equipment. The factory carries out management
